How it works

1. Register & consent

Create an account, accept versioned consent (training, public dictionary, research — each optional and specific), then choose your role as contributor or learner.

2. Record signs

Use your browser camera on /collect — live recording only. Choose a sign, follow guidelines, preview your clip, and choose training-only or public visibility.

3. Multi-layer review

Technical, sign-validation, teacher, and Deaf-community reviewers approve or request re-record. Private videos never appear on the public dictionary.

4. Learn & share

Approved signs feed the dictionary and learning paths. Community, campaigns, and organizations coordinate collection at scale.
